Walter M. Kipp

Walter M. Kipp was born April 17, 1929 in Giddings, Texas, the son of Martin & Sophia (Grimm) Kipp. Walter was baptized as God’s child on April, 24, 1929 at Martin Lutheran Church, Giddings, Tx. Walter was joined in Holy Matrimony with Lillie I. Siegmund on November 4, 1949. Their marriage was blessed with a son, Cary, and a daughter, Bonnie. Walter was called to His Savior on August 28, 2025.

Walter was preceded in death by brother, Marvin, sisters Rosemary, Betty, Diana, and Laverne. He is survived by his beloved wife of 76 years, Lillie Kipp; Cary Kipp and wife Kay; daughter Bonnie Rosson and husband Nicky; brothers Martin Kipp and wife Bell; Jerry Kipp and wife Ann; sister’s Marchelle and husband Johnny. Brother-in-law Eddy Tyler and wife Catherine; sister-in-law Elizabeth Kipp; granddaughter’s Carol Smith and husband Chris; Grandsons Chris Kipp and wife Casey; Greg Rosson and wife Callie. Great grandsons Will Kipp, Dawson Kipp, Finn Kipp, Levi Smith. Great granddaughter’s Evelyn Smith and Harper Rosson and Numerous cousins, nieces, relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Walter will be held on Saturday, September 6th at 11 AM at Cook Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. The burial will follow at the adjoining cemetery.

The family invites friends and family to join them for a reception following the burial at 2110 Live Oak Circle, Round, TX, 78681.
