I had the privilege of working with Bill at the City of Austin. A nicer man would not be found.  He had a great sense of humor and certainly knew how to put up with working at InfoSys.  Bill - a very fine man!

I am the director of duplicate bridge at the Baca Senior Center in Round Rock. Bill was a valued member of our group. He was an excellent bridge player, and was beloved by all those he played with. We dearly miss Bill at our twice-weekly bridge play.

I am saddened at our loss, but given hope in the Word. Bill was a quiet man who truly enjoyed helping others. I will miss him. He was a member of the Blue family.
