

Yvonne Ramona Reynolds, age 83, of Cedar Park, Texas, passed away unexpectedly, during the early morning hours on February 5, 2026. She was born on July 11, 1942, in Trenton, New Jersey, and was the daughter of the late Edward and Thelma White. Yvonne was a woman whose presence, a real Diva, left a lasting impression wherever she went. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wallace Reynolds, Sr., by only 11 months, son, Troy Reynolds, and daughter, Paris Ann Peden.
Yvonne worked at various jobs when she accompanied her husband, Wallace, during his 23 year military career, while raising their 4 children. She had pride in the accomplishments of her children and loved them all the more thru their challenges in life. Later, she began a dedicated career with GTE (General Telephone & Electronics) in Washington, DC, working her way through the ranks to the position of Legislative Assistant. GTE became Verizon. In 2000, she transferred to Verizon, in Austin, TX and retired a few years later. Not one to remain idle, she returned to the workforce, joining Senator Kirk Watson’s Office, as an Office Manager/Legislative Assistant, where she served faithfully until 2010. Yvonne was a God-fearing , bible believing woman. She joined Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, in Austin where she had been a faithful member.
Her legacy is one of love, hard work, strength, determination, resilience, and strong values. She was one who would always end a telephone call with family and friends by saying, “I love you” and if someone replied the same way you could be quaranteed she up the ante by saying “I love you more!” She will be greatly missed and remembered with love and grace.
Yvonne’s legacy continues through those she leaves behind: son, Wallace Reynolds, Jr., daughter, Monica Wollmer, sister, Darlene Dixon, brother, Edward White, Jr., 7 grandchildren: Eric Paige, Ashley McGee, Breanna Murphy, Jeffrey Peden, Justus Reynolds, Maija Reynolds and Aliina Reynolds; 7 great-grandchildren, Willie McGee, III, London McGee, Paris Murphy, Killian Murphy, Ada Murphy, Scottie Murphy and Finneus Reynolds. Her memory also lives on through her nieces and nephews:Ayanna Thomas , Anthony White and Sharen Muse. Brothers-in-laws: Kenneth Strickland, Nathaniel Strickland, Sisters-in-law: Kathrine Strickland, Mary Paulk, Claudia Strickland, Deborah Huff and a host of extended family members and loved ones.
