It was such a shock to lose my younger brother and I’m still processing it.  We had such a great childhood together and worked at many of the same jobs as we were growing up.  I will miss your laugh and your kindness and always being there for me.   Most of all I will miss you, Albert until we meet again.

Albert was my best friend, a true friend.
Somebody I could count on at anytime. I love to hear him laugh. So I was always trying to make him laugh, no matter if he was having a bad day or not. He and I understood each other, we where cut from the same cloth. I will miss you so much. Not having you to talk to, or seeing your smile. I will always keep our memories in my mind. I will never forget you. I promise you I will always be there for your family if they need me. I will always spread the great times we had together. My dad was truly one of a kind, a limited edition that will forever be remembered in our hearts. He is such an important piece of who I am and who I have become as a person. He gave all of his children his good work ethics, his sense of humor and his bold personality traits. We get to take a piece of him with us everywhere for the rest of our lives. My dad had the most contagious laugh, one that could draw the whole room at attention. His sense of humor was like no other. He was one hell of a guy when it came to work and he made damn sure he didn't raise no quitters. There was nothing my dad couldn't do in my eyes. He was a jack of all trades, he was a mechanic, a plumber, an electrician, business owner of his own roofing company, but the most important job of all was him being a loving father. I will miss his proud gaze when he would look at me and tell me what a beautiful daughter he had after gently touching my face with his hand. I will miss the stare that only a father sees when he looks at his child. I know that one day I too will stare proudly at my own child as he did me for the last time just a few weeks ago. No matter where I am in the world or where I go in life you will always be my #1 man. I love you daddy. ♥️

My dad Albert was a character in so many ways. He could be as stubborn as bull, and sometimes silly with his off the wall wise cracks that would make me laugh until my stomach hurt. His smile was bright, his laugh contagious, his eyes full of love and pride every time he looked at me. I attribute my strong work ethic and determination to live the best life possible to my father. Growing up I watched my dad work hard to be a provider to his family. He worked endlessly to reach his goal of becoming a business owner and was successful for many years. His faith in the Lord was strong and he always reminded me of the promise that we’ll all be together in heaven someday. I didn’t know he’d be taken from me so soon but I cherish every moment of my life on earth with him. I long to hear his giggle once more, and what I’d give to sit another moment with him to watch The Money Pit (one of his favorite movies). Laughing with my dad will always be the best of memories.
