He is survived by his son; Richard Perez and his daughters; Sylvia Gomez and Erica Perez. Alfonzo had 13 grandchildren and 23+ great grandchildren. Services will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Greenwood Memory Lawn Serenity Chapel at 10:00am.
