Alfred Edwin Ebright Jr.

Known to his family and friends as "Ned", Alfred passed away on July 26, 2014 at the age of 87. Born in Altoona, PA in 1926 to Alfred Sr. and Dora Ebright, Ned later served in the US Navy during the end of WWII. He moved to Phoenix, AZ in the 1940's where he was employed by the U.S. Post Office as a Mail Carrier for 20 years. He met Donna J Russman while delivering mail to her family's home; Ned & Donna were married on September 25, 1953. In 1972, they moved to Reno, NV which they called home the rest of their lives. Ned loved his canine companions, feeding birds, vegetable & flower gardening, hunting and fishing. He is survived by his three children, Lara, Mike, and Tim, and two grand-children. Donna's ashes will be buried with Ned.

To honor Ned and Donna's memory, a "Celebration of Life" will be held in Reno on August 10th.
