Andrew "Trey" Chuka III

Andrew Chuka, III passed away peacefully in Phoenix, AZ on May 11, 2012. "Trey" was born October 15, 1965 to Andy Chuka, Jr. and Nancy Lord Chuka in Phoenix, AZ. He attended Sunnyslope High School and was self-employed in construction for the last 27 years. He was active in the Boy Scouts and the Sons of the American Legion, Sunnyslope Post 75. Trey was an auto and motorcycle enthusiast, and loved helping his many friends. He is survived by his son Dallas Andrew Chuka; parents Andy Chuka, Jr., and Nancy Chuka; sister Kristina and her husband, Chris Nicewarner; aunt Theresa and her husband, Hank Schilling, Jr.;

uncle Kent D. Lord, Jr. and his wife Connie, and aunt Carol Lord; niece Juliana Nicewarner and cousins Chris, Bill and Kelly Stevens, Andy and Mark Fleming; Bonnie McQueen and Scott and Brian Lord. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00pm on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Immanuel Bible Church 6017 E Greenway Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
