She was born February 1, 1978 in Phoenix, Arizona to Alfred and Jessie Medina.
She joined her parents in heaven and has left her children Frankie and Christopher, siblings Yvonne and Alfred, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to mourn her passing. She loved her family and friends dearly. She said her children were her life. Being a Mother was her greatest gift, whom she thanked Frank for.
She will be deeply missed by many but never forgotten. She is held close to many hearts and will continue to live on through them.
BooBoo was the Best Mom, beautiful baby sister, coolest Tia, and THE person to be around. At any gathering, everyone was always looking for her. She was so real and honest and she loved so unconditionally. She was not dealt an easy hand in life, but she made dang sure she made the best of it.
She was a warrior, a survivor, an Angel.

A memorial service for Angelica will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Greenwood Memory Lawn Serenity Chapel, 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
