Anita F Ormsby, born on May 25, 1979, passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 46. She was a resident of Phoenix, Arizona, where she lived and grew up. Anita was the second oldest of seven siblings.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Rebecca Sanchez, and her father, Adolph A Sanchez III. Anita leaves behind her beloved husband, Adam Ormsby, and her children, Adrianna Ormsby and AJ (Adam Ormsby Junior). She is also survived by her siblings, Erica Perez, Patricia Sanchez, Dimitria Martinez, Alexis Garcia, Adolph Sanchez IV, and Olivia Deanda.
Anita will be remembered fondly by her family and friends for her cherished presence and the memories she created with those she loved.
