Anna Armida Garcia

Anna Armida Garcia, a beloved mother and pillar of her family, passed away unexpectedly on May 15, 2026, in Glendale, Arizona. Born in Phoenix on August 17, 1945, Anna enjoyed sewing, tending to her flowers and feeding her grandchildren. She was a woman of remarkable vitality and creativity. Her hands were rarely still and she remained devoted to her passions until her final moments.

Anna is now reunited with her devoted husband, the late F. Robert Garcia, who predeceased her in March 2022. In accordance with her wishes, which included a request for a rosary instead of a funeral service, her urn will be buried alongside him. The date and time for the rosary will be confirmed at a later date.

Her legacy of love and strength is carried on by her three daughters, Christine Foppe, Susan Baker, and Cindy Ray, as well as her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss her deeply.

A committal service will be held for Anna on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 9:00am at Phoenix Memorial Park.
