Anna Angelina Napolitano Palmieri, 97, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on February 11, 2013. She was born in 1915 in Brooklyn, NY. Anna is survived by her children Joanne (Rocco) and Alfonse, grandchildren Anthony, Patti and husband Mark, Lori, Michael and wife Priscilla, and great-grandchildren Dylan, Jordan, Michael, Alexander and Antonio. Her husband, Frank, and seven siblings preceded her in death. A bingo and casino enthusiast, Anna’s fondest memories are of being raised and raising her children in Brooklyn. Anna passed peacefully on her own terms and in her own time. While her soul will live eternally in heaven, her body will be pleased to rest in New York. A visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M., Thursday, February 14th at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd.
