Born in Croatia (former Yugoslavia), Anna came to America in 1950 at age 20. She was active in the Serbian community in Detroit and Phoenix where she sang in the church choir and enjoyed working in the church kitchen, where she was known for being an amazing cook. She worked at Hygrade Food Products in Michigan and Sky Chefs Inc. in Phoenix. Anna was sociable and loved to travel in her younger years. She was also incredibly intelligent and fluent in three languages-- German, English, and Serbo-Croatian.
Anna is preceded in death by her husband, Miroljub, and brother, Jack Aman. Anna is survived by her granddaughter Katherine; stepdaughters Vera, Monica Zorica (Ronald), Jelica (Rasa); grandson Nikola; nephews John (Linda), Gary (Doreen); nieces Anna, Mary, and Barbara. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
