Anthony Michael Chavez Sr., 42, of Phoenix, Arizona sadly passed away and left us on August 30, 2023. He attended Carl Hayden High School, then worked as an Electrician. He took pride in his work and really loved being an Electrician.
His family will remember him as a man’s man. He was the type of person who would choose to repair something over buying a new one. He was a fanatic for his Arizona Cardinals.
He is survived by his loving mother Tricia, brother AJ Chavez, five children Mia, Aaliyah, Anthony Jr., Nicolas and Bella Chavez and one grandson, Ace Chavez Ramirez.

His memorial service will be officiated by Father Tye.
