Tata, you have no idea how much I’m going to miss you and how you’d always laugh and joke with me. You were always there whenever i felt like nobody else was and you always made me feel safe like only you could. I can’t seem to wrap my head around the fact that I’ll never be able to scratch a ticket with you again or sneak some of your candies from your chair, or hear you call me to the other room “ Lydia, Sar-, Rachel! Tu cabrona!!” I’m going to miss you telling me to be strong every day before I left the house (in your own way of course!) I’ll never forget when you fell in the driveway and cracked your head; you told me not to be scared that you’d be okay and then proceeded to taunt me in front of the paramedics “Aye! 2ton why you push me for?!” I’ll always cherish the memories of riding on the lawn mower with you and the funny faces you’d make at me across the kitchen table when my nana or tias weren’t looking.. I’m so sorry that I wasn’t around more when you’d demand that I “come home” but I promise I will come home to you and nana and my mom one day and I’ll be sure to tousle your hair and give you a smile again. I love you Tata, until we see each other again “don’t take no stuff from no one!” ❤️

I met your dad when I worked for Dr. Benjamin, he was a very kind and wise man. He will be forever in our hearts and we will miss him dearly. God bless him.
