A visitation will be held on July 5, 2025, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, located at 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will take place at the same venue from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The Committal Service will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary & Cemetery, located at 2300 W Van Buren St, Phoenix, AZ 85009, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on July 5, 2025.
