Barbara Ellen Rose

She was born in Carrollton, Illinois on the family farm. The family later moved to White Hall, Illinois. Barbara graduated from White Hall High School in 1946.

She was married first to Billy Milnes then to Donald Rose.

Barbara leaves behind three children: Jean Milnes, William Milnes and Donna (Rose) Harrell; son-in-law Madison Harrell; much-loved grandson Louis Harrell – all of Phoenix, Arizona; sisters Cynthia Fullerton of Springfield, Illinois and Sylvia Rochester of Tulsa, Oklahoma; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents William and Ida Fullerton; husbands Billy Milnes and Donald Rose; sisters Jean Pritchett, Betty Roper and Valeria Clough.

Her family would like to give special thanks to the care team and staff of The Retreat at Alameda Assisted Living & Memory Care for their care, friendship and compassion the last two years.
