A few years ago my son Jonathan (who is a Marine) was driving back to California from Texas. He had an accident with his truck somewhere in Arizona but I was not sure where he was. I called Barry and asked for his help. He worked with me helping me find where Jon was and getting him back to his base in CA. Thank you Barry for not even hesitating for a second when I called you. You will be missed by all who knew you and loved you. May your memory be a blessing.

My biggest hero. My first love 💜. What I loved about this man...his honesty .he ability to care above himself . He was the most selfless man I knew. This man would stand by me in my hardest times and defend my worst decisions..he would defend his family to the end. I will always miss the most how he would sing to me.. The advice he would give me and the way he would be there for my children and my friends as if they were his own. His love had no boundaries..this man lived by his own rules and stood his ground for whatever he believed in..And God Bless you if that was you..because this man would stand by you thru thick and thin.. This man was above many men. I am so proud and honored to be able to call this man my dad!

Barry was my cousin and I will never forget his bold voice and welcoming smile. His personality could fill a stadium. Til we meet again...

My brother was my friend, my hero and someone I adored and looked up to. He was that person who would never turn his back on you. Would always give you the shirt off his back, well maybe not his cardinal shirts. He helped children who never knew him. He read to children who adored him. I myself will miss him tremendously. The talks we shared. The adventures we had. The love we shared for each other & family. Until we meet again. Your adoring sister.

Barry’s laugh created much joy. His love of Gail, family, Rotary, justice, the Cardinals and our world showed in all he did. Sending love and strength to all, Cindie
