Bill was born on August 28, 1932, to parents Chester and Ellen J. Stinnett, nee Santesson, in Seattle, Washington. He was a graduate of Beaverton High School class of 1950. He grew up in Portland and Beaverton, Oregon,
Bill moved to Phoenix in 1966 from California. Later he became a Professional Chauffeur starting at Valley Limousine, Premier Limousine and ended his career with Blue Star Transportation.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah, son Ken (Rene) of Florida, three grandchildren and one great grandchild, as well as his beloved little dog, Buddy.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Little Trixie and Spike.
Per his wishes cremation has taken place and memorial services to be held at a later date.
