Bernice was born January 15, 1932 in Ouray, Colorado. She passed away peacefully in her sleep with family by her side on February 12, 2011. She is survived by her spouse Jacob; daughter, Gwen (Tony); sons, Ben (Jean), Roy (Jamie), and Roland; grandchildren, Christopher, Laura, Nicole, Danielle, Kristin, Erika; brothers, Vern and Richard (Margaret). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 15th, from 5-8 PM at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85013.
