Billy Gene McKay, 73, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away December 15, 2014. He was born on March 3, 1941 in Gadsden, Alabama to Paul and Elizabeth (Holloway) McKay. He married Elsa (Granillo) McKay on February 17, 1960. Billy was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Elizabeth (Holloway) McKay and brothers James P. McKay, John B. McKay, and David G. McKay. He was survived by his wife Elsa (Granillo) McKay; son Mark (Brigitte) McKay; daughters Barbara Hallum, Janice (Mike) Smith and Elizabeth (Victor) Olea; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00pm, Sunday, January 4, 2015 at the Phoenix Country Club.
