

Bloyce Dewayne Blackwell, 77 of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 17th, 2016 surrounded by his family. Bloyce was born on March 10, 1939 to Clark Allen & Ella Mae Blackwell in Mountain Park, Oklahoma. When Bloyce was 3 years old he and his family moved to Arizona where he lived the rest of his life.
Bloyce was passionate about his work which consisted of being a truck driver, City of Phoenix Inspector and former part Owner of ABI Lighting & Signs. In his spare time he loved to go dancing, horse back riding, to the movies, visiting and having coffee with this siblings and researching the heritage of his family. His travels consisted of visits to Ireland, Florida and Arkansas.
Bloyce is survived by his 3 children & 1 step-daughter Lloyd Blackwell (Julie) of Peoria, Lynnea Trotter (Russell) of Cave Creek, Shawna Peterson (Ben) of Phoenix and Kayla Lugo of Phoenix. (2) sisters Doris Reynolds (Jeff) of Flagstaff, Sheriell Cooley (Bill) of Phoenix, (8) grand children & (2) step-grandchildren Brad Blackwell, Amber Moran, Tyler Trotter, Derrick Frisby, Ryan Trotter, Danielle Blackwell, Brittany Frisby, Christian Frisby, Austin Lugo & Sierra Lugo, (16) great-grandchildren, (2) former wives Joan E. Malone, Lorraine Blackwell, and many nieces and nephews.
Bloyce is proceeded in death by his father Clark Allen Blackwell, Mother Ella Mae Blackwell, Siblings Wanda Jean Blackwell, Floyd Blackwell, Anna Mae Cox, Lloyd Blackwell and Carl Blackwell.
