Carol Lee Alford, 86, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away February 9, 2014. She was born in a small house on Linden Street in Phoenix on December 25, 1927. She attended Phoenix Union High School and the University of Phoenix. She was a regional accountant and controller for Ramada Inns Executive Offices for over two decades. Carol was married to the love of her life, Dean for 68 years. She loved her husband, children and grandchildren unconditionally. She never missed an opportunity to let them know how much they were loved.
She is survived by her husband, Dean; her sons, Robert and his wife Sally, Terry and his wife Moni, Stephen and his wife Jonelle, Michael and his wife Terri; her daughter Dianna and her husband Ron, and daughter Brenda; grandchildren, Brent, Aaron, Sarah, Titan, Charity, Paul, Ashley, Chris, Vanessa, Mason, Brandon, Michael, Austin, Mark, Randi, Shannon, Dean, Caitlin, Isaac, Seth and Bonny; great grandchildren, Logan, Sierra, Titan, Stella, Haley, Callie, Noah, Brady, Samantha and Deitrik. Her family will continue to find their way in this world surrounded by her love.
A visitation will be held at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, Az, 85013 on Friday, February 14, 2014 from 6-8pm. The funeral service will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Serenity Chapel, 2300 W. Van Buren Street, Phoenix, Az on February 15, 2014 at 10:00am. Interment will immediately follow the funeral service.
