Born in Hollywood, California, and raised by her parents Bruce and Thelma Hazlett in southern California. Carol attended Granada Elementary school in Los Angeles and continued on to graduate from Alhambra High School.
Carol married Roscoe N. Spotts on the July 9th, 1972 at 28 years old. The things that were most precious to Carol where her family and her pets. She loved to dance around and act all goofy, also loved the outdoors, especially the beach and her roses.
Carol Hazlett Spotts was a beautiful woman and more than a devoted foster mother to many unfortunate children, she had a big impact on some of them and was loved by every heart she touched. This woman provided more than a hot meal, roof, and helping hand. She provided a warm heart and a safe place for her family. Carol had the biggest heart, and with that, dedicated her life and love to all of them. She will be greatly missed.
Carol is survived and loved by her beloved husband of 46 years, Roscoe. Three daughters: Barbara (Fred), Mary (Charles), and Jamie. She will continue to live on through her many grandchildren: Zach, Colleen (Keith), Cody, Keya (Michael), Jeremy (Rachel), Charles, Matthew, and Ashley; great grandchildren: Alison, Madolyn, Gunner, Bennett, Jude, Elliot, and James. Carol is further survived by Ashely’s father, Mike (Kim) and her two best friends Allen and Mary Murphy.
Join in Carol’s Celebration of Life, on the 27th of May, 2018 10:00 a.m., at Funeraria del Angel Greer Wilson Chapel - 5921 West Thomas Road Phoenix, Arizona 85033.
