Catherine M. Trzeciak, 82 of Phoenix died February 28, 2016. Catherine was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and wife. She is survived by her daughters Theresa and Amy and son Michael. She was a loving grandmother to Joseph, Patrick, Thomas, Sarah and Abigail. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Trzeciak. Catherine was born in Pittsburgh, PA in 1933 and moved to Phoenix in 1971. Services will be held Thursday, March 3rd at 11:00am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 11001 N. 40th St., Phoenix, AZ .
