When Cathy and Ty moved to Prescott and where looking at a certain home on Delano.  Whenever Cathy and Ty would come to look at this house this large gray cat would come in when their real estate agent let them in.  When Cathy bought the house the agent told her that she would get rid of the cat for Cathy, however, Cathy being Cathy told her agent not to worry if the cat came around or not that would be ok.  Well the cat had lived in that house with her people but they both had  passed away and the big gray cat lived on the street for two years before Cathy bought the house.  When Cathy and Ty moved in so did Shadow.  That is how Shadow Man came home to her new people Cathy and Ty.

I worked with Cathy on all of my escrows.  She always went above and beyond.  She was amazing at what she did.  She will be greatly missed!
