Charla is survived by James Robert Garrett Jr (her husband), Jayde Sea Garrett and Emily Marie Garrett (her daughters), and James Robert Garrett III (her son). In addition, she is survived by Steve and Debra Bevins (her father and mother) and Michelle Bevins, Bridgette Alwin, Darrington Bevins, and Tyler Bevins (her siblings). Charla was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Her sharp, witty, and edgy sense of humor was known by all. Her genuine and contagious smile spread happiness the moment she walked into a room. She had a passion for horses, photography, life, and her family. Charla’s services will be held at Pentecostals of Phoenix, 2341 W Royal Palm Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85021 on May 31, 2025 visitation at 2:30 p.m., service at 3:00pm with a Celebration of Life potluck until 7 pm. We welcome all willing to pay their respects and help us celebrate the life of Charla Lynn Garrett.
