She was a beautiful lady.  Wish I had the opportunity to have met her. Knowing her daughter Candy, I can see that she was one special woman who raised a wonderful loving daughter that I have known for a long time.

God blessed me with the best grandmother anyone could have. I was close to her my entire life. We would spend hours cuddling on her bed when I was little. She would stroke my cheek and my hair until I fell asleep. She taught me how to cook spaghetti. Although, mine has never turned out like hers.
She used to make me go thrift shopping with her all day, to find the deals. I didn't want to go, but she always got me a hamburger at McDonald's afterward. It was a treat. I miss those special times with her. 
Even as an adult, I enjoyed bringing my boys to her house and just hanging out and talking all day. We could talk about anything. 
Things will never be the same without her here. It breaks my heart when I think about never hearing her voice on the phone anymore, or to see her sweet smile and hear her laugh again. I love her so much, and I'm so grateful that The Lord let her be my grandma. She was a beautiful, selfless lady who was loved by all who knew her.

There are no words that can stop the pain of her loss, but may you take comfort knowing she's at peace, you have many wonderful memories, people that love you, and most of all, you will see her again.

My grandma was a sweet loving lady. She was a loving wife, parent, grandmother, and greatgrandmother. She taught me the value of being frugal. I loved going to the thrift stores or garage sales and haggling for a good price with her. To see the old things in the house and have some of the things that most people wouldn't think twice about mean so much because of the meaning or story behind it. I am happy to know that she is in a better place and we will meet again one day. If you are reading this and are not 100% sure you are going to heaven life is too short. Get that assurance today.

We miss you mama. :'(  We love you so much.  We know you are in heaven now with Jesus and no longer in pain.  We will tell others how they too, can go to heaven to be with Jesus.  

How to Get to Heaven

1.     We have all sinned.

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23

God's Word reminds us that we all have sinned. We have all fallen short of God's requirements, for at one time or another, we have all deliberately chosen to disobey God.

2.     There is a price for sin.

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23

A wage is a payment. The payment for your sin is death and separation from God in a place that the Bible calls Hell.

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Revelation 20:14

3.     Jesus paid that price.

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  Romans 5:8

The word commendeth means "proved." God proved His love for you by giving His own Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for your sins.

4.     We must believe in Jesus.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:9

To believe on Jesus Christ as Saviour means to believe that He died for you, believe that He paid the price for your sin, and believe that He is the only way to Heaven. You can express your belief on Jesus by calling on Him in prayer.

 (Realize it's not mere words that save, but your faith in Jesus Christ.)

"Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I believe that you died on the cross and paid the penalty for my sin. I believe that you rose from the dead three days later. I am placing my faith in you alone to forgive my sin and save me. Thank you for giving me eternal life, in Jesus' name, AMEN."
