Charles "Charlie" Huff, 88, of Phoenix Arizona passed away on October 29, 2023. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, brother, uncle, mentor, and friend. Born in Phoenix Arizona on November 10, 1934; he was preceded in death by his wife Nancy, father James Huff, mother Alice Huff, brothers James Huff, George Huff, Elbert Huff, sisters Mary Huff, Bernetta Liles, Louise Barnett, Evelyn Larue, Jean Barney, son Mike Copelan, and great-granddaughter Brittany Hampton. He is survived by his son Melvin Davis (Angela Davis), daughters Brenda Hampton (Larry Hampton) and Roberta Sprouse (Jim Sprouse), 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren (plus 1 due in December), and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation/viewing will be held on Friday November 17th, at 10:00 AM at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Road, Phoenix Arizona 85022; followed by Services at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Phoenix Memorial Park Cemetery; followed by a reception at the American Legion, 20001 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix Arizona 85024.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Charlie's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1828 E. McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006 or Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St, Phoenix, AZ 85014. (Dad wanted this in honor of Mom).
