

Craig Clinton 'Kip' Martin, 70, passed away on January 24, 2014 after a sudden medical condition. Born March 31, 1943 in Stafford KS to Eva O. Johnson and George C. 'Buck' Martin of Sylvia, Kip was a resident of Phoenix since 1991 where he worked as an engine builder and drag racer. Kip was a Veteran of the Armed Services. Kip was preceded in death by infant daughter, Amber, and his parents. He is survived by three daughters: Angela (Pat) Schaefer of Cincinnati, OH; Amy (Rick) Allbright of Arlington, KS; Becky (Jerry) Burns of Plevna, KS as well as two stepsons, Darin (Stephanie) Morgan and Brad (Angelic) Morgan all of Arlington, TX as well as sister, Beverly Miller of Trophy Club, TX and 20 grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday, January 31 at Minnis Chapel, Stafford, from 1-7pm with family receiving visitors from 5-7pm. Services will be held Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Minnis Chapel, Stafford, KS with burial at Sylvia Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kip Martin Memorial Fund in care of Minnis Chapel, 125 N. Main, Stafford, KS 67578.
