Danny was born March 13, 1937, in Phoenix Arizona, where he lived his whole life here in the valley.
He grew up working with his father and brothers on the family farm raising milk cows and growing crops. He graduated from South Mountain High School in 1955. He was drafted and served in the army during the Vietnam War.
After returning he continued working on the farm and started his family. Dad drove sprint cars at Manzanita Raceway, trained and hunted with his beloved hound dogs, then started his love of horses with a beautiful mare and her filly.
In 1968, Danny started Mundall Trucking, which lasted over 50 years, from two 10 wheelers to a large fleet of Superdumps.
Danny is preceded in death by his parents Lester and Lorene Mundall, and his two brothers, Stanley and Bill Mundall. He is survived by his wife Georgia Mundall, son John Mundall (Kim), his two daughters, Danette Houston (Kevin), Cynthia Houston (Steve), stepson Clayton Nicholas, his sister Deann Stirling, 13 grandchildren, and 36 great grandchildren.
The family would like to offer our sincere love and thanks to Javi, his right hand man and partner in crime, and to his family for the dear friendship and love shown to Danny over the years and in his final days.
