David A Byler

David Arnold Byler – Wittmann, Arizona. Dave passed away October 28, 2018 at the age of 77 with his family by his side. He was born in Clarence Center, NY on March 5, 1941 to Father Archie Byler and Mother Maude (Miller) Byler. Dave graduated high school in Goshen, IN. He also received his welding certificate from Hobart Brothers Technical Center and graduated from DeVry University. Dave was a well-known and successful stock car race car driver in IN, OH, MI and AZ where he landed Marco Crane as a sponsor. He moved to Arizona in 1972 where he pursued his entrepreneurship of Dave Byler’s Mobil Home Service along with owning numerous rentals. He is preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Mary Ann Byler. Dave was one of nine children; he preceded in death by Sam, Richard, Delta and Lucille. Surviving siblings Eldie, Bob, Gaylord and Louise. Dave is survived by two daughters Tina Montano and Lisa Boyles. Preceded in death by daughter Rita Byler and Ricky Byler. Survived by 10 grandchildren, Jessica Edwards, Josephine Snyder, Johanna Higgins, Calvin Higgins Jr, Justina Higgins, Brittney Finch, Erica Downing, Candice Downing, Rick Byler and Nick Byler. Survived by 8 great grandchildren, Drake Edwards, Austin Snyder, Kasey Snyder, Talon Edwards, Braxton Byler, Genevieve Byler, William Byler and soon to enter the world Maddox Finch. Funeral services will be held at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary 200 W. Beardsley Rd. Phoenix, AZ. 85027 with viewing being Friday November 2, 2018 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm, funeral being Monday November 5, 2018 at 11:00am. Pallbearers, son-n-law John Montano, son-n-law Larry Boyles, grandson Calvin Higgins Jr, grandson Rick Byler, grandson Nick Byler, grandson-n-law Chris Snyder, great-grandson Drake Edwards, great-grandson Austin Snyder.
