David is survived by his loving parents, grandparents, girlfriend and six beautiful children.

Service will be held Sunday, June 6, 2021 beginning at 10:00am at Advantage Maryvale Funeral Home 6901 W. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85033
