81, passed away on May 6, 2016 in Glendale, Arizona. Dean is survived by his daughter Deana Rodriguez; sons Rick Golden and Lynn Smith; stepdaughter April Ramsey; stepson Jerry Wells; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. He was born June 12, 1934 in Kewanee, Illinois. A Visitation will e held 5:00pm, Wednesday, May 11, 2016 in the Chapel at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85009. Funeral Services will he held 10:00am, Thursday, May 12, 2016 also in the Chapel at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery.
