Dean was a mentor to me and a big part of the reason I am still with Londen for 32 years.  I valued his opinions and guidance, his open door, welcoming ear and his very dry sense of humor.  He could always put things in the best perspective.  I have missed his presence in the office since his retirement and I will miss it in the world.  I wish that his family finds peace and comfort and know that he had a profound influence on many of us at Londen.  

Dean was someone I always looked up to when I worked in the office with him.  He was so intelligent and had such a gentle demeanor.  He taught me how to underwrite policies when I keyed applications, and he was always the man to go to with questions when we had any problems with a policyholder in Service.  
When I worked at the receptionist desk, he would say "good morning" and "good bye" every time he entered or exited the office. 
I think about him often - he will surely be missed.

Dean always greeted me with a smile and a joke when he was in the office.  Such a great guy!  He will be missed by many.
