Delia Ann Lapizco

In Delia’s younger days she loved to write and in fact wrote beautifully, she loved to listen to Carol King her favorite song “Tapestry”. She was a great cook. One of her favorite dishes was Chicken Cacciatore, yum! In her later years, she loved going home with her devoted daughter “Toni” to cook with her and walk her thru making tortillas, so sweet! She loved hanging out with her daughters, visiting with them and her grandkids. She absolutely adored her great granddaughter Luciana.❤️ She enjoyed taking car rides, and singing to the music. She is hugely missed!

Delia is survived by her very loving, caring daughters “Toni” Monique (Nathan) Robinson and Angelina (Josh) Urias. Grandson’s Joseph (Iris) Urias, Jakob Urias, Antonio Robinson, DeAndre Robinson and granddaughters Tatyana Robinson, Lily (Kay) Hineman, Rose and Lydia Hineman. Great granddaughter Luciana Urias. As well as her father Ismael Urias, sisters; Sandy Urias, Rita (George)Tesch, Sylvia Urias, Vickie (Rick) Baratko, and brothers; David (Erin) Urias, Ruben (Lori) Urias and Rene Urias. She was preceded in death by her selfless, sweet mother Claudia Lydia Urias, daughter Jessica Harkrider and husband Antonio Lapizco. She was as well an aunt, great aunt and great, great aunt to many nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Delia’s wishes she will be cremated. A remembrance of her life will be held on Sunday, June 1st at 11:30 a.m. and location is 516 W. Vermont Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013. We invite all who knew and loved Delia to join us partaking in one of her favorite activities, “eating” while sharing stories and playing her favorite music.
