Dennis William Kading

Dennis William Kading, 58 years old, passed away on August 18, 2025 in Glendale, Arizona. Dennis was born February 15, 1967 in Sioux City, Iowa, to Leroy and Shirley Kading. When he was young, he and his family settled in Arizona where Dennis remained until his passing.

Dennis had an associate's degree in Computer Science from ASU and also a local minister's license from Church of the Nazarene. He loved his family and many more bonus kids that called him dad. The annual family reunions to Lake Havasu City were a highlight every year and he spent his time there as the family DJ. He spent many years in the woodworking business where the smell of sawdust was his cologne. He loved Star Wars and actually worked at the movie theaters when the third Star Wars movie “Return of the Jedi” premiered. Dennis also collected Mr. Potato Heads which was a family joke. He was the jack of all trades and he could fix pretty much anything he put his hands on. He was always willing to help anyone who asked.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Stacy Kading, his four children, Jeanette (Daniel) Hovis, Ashley, Emily, and Jonathan, his three grandchildren, Peyton, Kason, and Haydon, and his sister Brenda (Harry) Valenzuela and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11am on Friday, September 26th

at Peoria Church of the Nazarene at 7717 W. Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, AZ 85381. Lunch to follow after the service.
