Dennis Middleton, 56, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on August, 22, 2014. He was born October 12, 1957, in Hawthorne, California. He is survived by his wife Sheri Middleton, daughter Cidney Acosta, his son-in-law Tomas Acosta, his two sons Manny and Alex Middleton, his grandson Aiden Acosta, and his close friends and family.
Dennis enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, golfing, and loved hosting BBQ’s with his friends and family. He was very outgoing, spontaneous, and was the life of the party. Once you met him, he was your friend for life whether young or old, Dennis welcomed everyone with open arms and made an impact on their lives.
Services will be held on September 06th, at 10:00 AM at the Middleton residence, 2613 E Villa Theresa, Dr. Phoenix, AZ.
