Deverne Hersom was born on January 1, 1930 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Rosemond and Deverne Hersom and passed away in Phoenix, Arizona on September 29, 2015. He is survived by his daughters Susan and Julia, and his sons Stanley Tim and Warren. He will be buried at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona with Military Honors, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix with his wife who was buried there in 2004. Services will be from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. for visitation at Shadow Mountain Mortuary with a graveside service with Military Honors at the National Memorial Cemetery on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.
