Baby Dominic Phoenix Cedillos was born in Glendale, Arizona November 12th, 2016 and was called to Heaven on February 16th, 2017.“Dearest baby, please know that our greatest blessing was having you.” Heaven’s gain was our loss when our angel was called by our Lord. Dominic Phoenix Cedillos came into this world and was taken far too soon. He is survived by his parents; Vincent and Erica Cedillos and big brother Gabriel Wendt .
