Mom you were always there for us. We had the childhood diseases and you would always nurse us to health. She would make up "goodie" bags for each of us on our yearly road trip vacation to Detroit. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Love always and God Bless.

My mother, Agnes McDonnell, was in nursing school with Doris and they had been good friends for so many years.  Agnes is so sorry to hear of her passing.  When Agnes went to Phoenix for the winter months, they always made a point of getting together every week.

This is Len adding a little note also to what Lynne wrote. What a wonderful and loving tribute from your daughters ! Very heartfelt. I just want to say that Doris was one of the sweetest and kindest persons I have ever met. We all know that everyone can have their moods and failings, but Doris was truly and kind and gentle person. I'm looking forward to seeing her & Myron again in heaven, ... because of Jesus.

Dear Family of Doris,  We were saddened to hear that a special friend and person is gone.  We loved Doris and she was a comfort and help to us in the mission field.
