Doris Louise Olsen

78, of Phx, AZ went to be with The Lord on March 30, 2011. She was born on Dec. 7, 1932 in Kinmundy, IL to Dorothy & Jim Smith. She worked at The Sands Hotel for 20+ years. Survivors include her sons, John C. Livensparger (Pat), Jim Livensparger, daughters, Mary Jan Livensparger, Kathy L. Avila (Jack), Pam "Pjay" Evans (Joe), Lisa J. Cerino (Mike Hunter), Lori A. Reinhardt (Marc), Lucy L. Carnahan (JR), Lonna S. Henderson (Norm), 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, and 2 brothers, Jim Smith (Tina) & Ron Smith (Jo). Proceded in death by her parents, Dorothy & Jim Smith, husbands, John L. Livensparger and Raymond A. Olsen Jr., son, Stephen L. Livensparger, daughter, Nedra Milinkovich, and grandson John "Jack" Livensparger. We would like to thank everyone at SunCrest Health Care Center for the care and love they gave our Mother for the last 15 mos. She enjoyed all the staff and they were like an additional family. Celebration of Life/Memorial Service will be held on Sun. April 10, at First Baptist Church of Scottsdale, 7025 E. Osborn Rd., 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to SunCrest Health Care Center or Hospice of the Valley.
