Dorothy Virginia Yeargain Gonzalez, 93, entered into rest on April 10, 2013. She was born in Quincy, Illinois but was raised in Bolivar, Missouri. Dorothy worked in civil service for a large part of her life and worked as an attaché and a secretary for United States Embassies. During this time she traveled all over the world. She worked in Kodiak, Alaska before its statehood, Copenhagen, Denmark; London, England; Melbourne, Australia and Guatemala. She returned to Arizona in 1961 where she worked and retired from both General Electric and Honeywell. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband; Miguel Angel Gonzalez, brothers; Harold, William, Donald, parents; Hayden and Dora Yeargain. She is survived by her sister; Margaret Edmiston and many nieces and nephews.
