Earl C. Van Waters Sr. was born November 2, 1933 and passed away September 24, 2017. He was preceded in death by his mother Ruth Evans and sister Vivian. Earl is survived by his wife, Herminia; his children Michelle Allen, Earl (Beverly) Van Waters, and Karl (Debbie) Van Waters; and sister Carol Reed. A Visitation will be held 9:00am, Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Iglesia Bautista Hispana of Glendale, 5238 W. Ocotillo Rd, Glendale, AZ 85301 , followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren St., Phoenix, AZ 85009.
