Edward S. Fedak, a 27 year resident of Phoenix, AZ, formerly a Michigan resident, passed away April 9, 2015 at the age of 91. Survived by his wife of 70 years, Evelyn, son Dennis, daughters Karen and Sandra, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Edward was a World War II Veteran PFC Army Scout who saw action in France and Germany. He was the recipient of the Silver Star, two Bronze Stars and the Good Conduct Medal. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley: 1510 E Flower St, Phoenix, AZ 85014 in Edward's name.
