Edward Lee Lowe, lovingly known as Ed or Eddie, passed away at the age of 81, leaving behind a legacy of generosity, strength, and unwavering dedication to his family and community. Born on June 25, 1943, in Johnson City, Tennessee, Ed lived a full and meaningful life that touched the hearts of all who knew him.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Kay Louise Lowe, and his two beloved daughters, Sharon Fiaschetti (Craig) and Sheralee Baney (Troy). Grandchildren Chad, Clayton, and great granddaughter Harper.
Ed was a proud Air Force veteran who carried the values of service, honor, and resilience with him throughout his life. He spent the majority of his career working in finance, with a focus on debt collection, and after retirement, he found joy in odd jobs and pursuing the activities he loved.
A lifelong fisherman, Ed found peace on the water and was deeply involved in the fishing community, serving for several years as president of the Arizona Anglers family fishing club. Boats were a constant in his life, a symbol of the freedom and passion he carried into all he did.
Ed’s commitment to helping others extended beyond his family. He generously gave his time to community causes, including serving on the board of the 20/30 Club, an organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged children. His willingness to lend a hand; whether to family, friends, or a stranger in need was one of his defining qualities. Eddie had a deep love for his babies (dogs)...Max and Sadie.
As a father, Ed was a steady, loving presence who created a home full of laughter, lessons, and unforgettable memories. He instilled strength and kindness in his daughters and was a source of unconditional support to those fortunate enough to know him.
Ed will be missed beyond words, but his spirit, stories, and the love he gave so freely will remain forever in our hearts.
