Elaine Rochelle Hinze, 56, was born in Wurtzberg, Germany on September 2, 1957 to Gayle Louise and Rubbin Dwain Hinze and passed away in Anthem, Arizona on September 7, 2013. She is survived by her parents Gayle and Rubbin, along with her brother Allen Dwain Hinze. She was born in Germany as her father was in the service at that time. She did grow up in California and moved to Arizona in 1997. She loved spending time doing crafts and making greeting cards. We will all miss her love of life and her hearty laugh. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. with a light dinner to follow at the Northern Hills Community Church, 2740 E. Union Hills, Phoenix.
