Elsie was a wonderful Mother in Law.  She loved me as if I were her own daughter, and I loved her the same. I have many wonderful  memories of her.   Every year during the Christmas season she, my daughters and myself would take a day and go Christmas shopping.  We had such a fun time. So much laughing and enjoying being with each other. We shopped till we dropped, and we loved every second of it.  We looked forward to this tradition  each year. This is just one of the many memories  I have of her.   I know she is so very happy now with our Lord and Savior in Heaven.  She was excited  for the day she would meet Jesus,  so I know she is smiling from ear to ear.

Elsie was a wonderful grandmother. I will never forget her coming to babysit us when we were little and watching Walker, Texas Ranger marathons, doing puzzles and having tea parties with her. She was a delight to be around, her smile lit up the room. While I will miss her terribly, I know she is happy to be celebrating her first Christmas in heaven. I am glad she got the chance to know my son and to meet my daughter before she passed. I love you Granny.

Elsie was my great grandmother, my best friend and my rock. She was the strongest person I've ever met and she will greatly be missed! Not a day goes by that I don't talk to her and let her know I miss her. She is not suffering anymore and I know she is reunited with all her loved ones including my grandma Francis. Now the two of them can watch all the beautiful hummingbirds together. Until we meet again. <3

My Aunt Chubby was my best friend. She was always glad to see come over to visit with her, I will miss her, The Lord willing I hope to see her again. Aunt Chubby I love you.

Aunt Chubby was my Dad's baby sister. She was a wonderful aunt. 

It's sad to think that Dad and all of his siblings are now gone but what a reunion they must be having right now in Heaven!  

Praying that her loved ones will feel God's loving arms around them during this difficult time.

Cousin Dona

I remember sitting in front of Elsie at church and listening to her singing during the worship part of the service.  She also had her own worship going on and praises to God and Jesus went up during the entire time.  It certainly gave my time of worship a deeper meaning.  She loved her family so much and nothing made her prouder to see her grandchildren Ashley and Johnathan on stage singing with the worship team.  The world is a little less bright with her gone, but I know she is shining in Heaven.  She is missed.
