Erik was preceded in death by father Howard Wilson and mother Patricia Smith. He is survived by brother Kristopher Smith, sister Tonia Smith, grandmother Fern Giudice, sister-in-law Desirae Pandolfo, nephew Aaron Smith, niece Alexis Smith, niece Alissa Pandolfo, great niece Veraleigh Vasquez, and a large extended family.
Erik was a beloved grandson, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. He spent most of his days making the most out of playtime with his 4 year old niece Vera who knew him as "Bald Uncle". They would paint, swim, play pretend, and Vera's favorite, throwing the ball as high as he could! The sky was the limit when "Bald Uncle" was running playtime.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85027. The Funeral Service will be held at 12:00pm, followed by the graveside also at Phoenix Memorial Park.
