Ernest was preceded in death by his wife Helen of 63 years. He is survived by his 2 daughters, 1 granddaughter, and 2 great grandchildren. Ernest was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War. He pioneered real estate appraising. He will be missed by all who knew him and would want to be known by his pithy saying “Getting old isn’t for sissies”. Services will be held at Serenity Chapel at Greenwood Memory Lawn 2300 W Van Buren Phoenix, AZ.
