Eugene Bulgarino, 80 of Peoria Arizona passed away in April 16, 2014. He was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and moved to Arizona in 1979. He is survived by his wife Joan Bulgarino, his son James Angelo Bulgarino, his daughters Debra Capozzi, Linda Gillam, Kimberly Turner and Cathleen Newman as well as 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
